Sprint Series - The sprint intervals of spin are all about speed! We’ll use less, but safe resistance and focus on sprints for a sustained period of time. Sprint series is centered on developing the stamina required to challenge your peak power and effort.

Power Series - When the going gets tough, we push through, just as we will during the resistance intervals of spin. By using heavier resistance, power series will focus on working against an opposing force to build muscle in order to increase your strength capacity.
