Learn to Cycle, Sprint Series, & Power Series - 4 Weeks Each
$50 - 8 Classes - 35 Minutes
Learn to Cycle - Let’s start with the basics! We’ll focus on the beginnings of spin, including bike set up, proper form and pedal strokes, and verbiage. Primary classes will introduce the proper techniques to prepare for speed and power training on the bike.
*Discover the essentials of fitness in our introductory class, where we will lay the groundwork before advancing to comprehensive workouts. Experience the transformation as we combine techniques for optimal results.
Sprint Series - The sprint intervals of spin are all about speed! We’ll use less, but safe resistance and focus on sprints for a sustained period of time. Sprint series is centered on developing the stamina required to challenge your peak power and effort.
Power Series - When the going gets tough, we push through, just as we will during the resistance intervals of spin. By using heavier resistance, power series will focus on working against an opposing force to build muscle in order to increase your strength capacity.
Bootcamp Series - 4/6 Weeks
$75/$100 - 8 Classes - 50 Minutes
Training the entire body is essential for overall fitness, physique, and injury prevention. Incorporating full body fitness into my training plans will allow you to build success in ways you couldn’t imagine. Bootcamp will focus on a combination of on-bike conditioning mixed with off-bike strength training.
* Dumbbells/Resistance band recommended, but not required.
