🚴  CAN I DO THIS SERIES IF I DON’T HAVE A SPIN BIKE AND NEED TO RIDE OUTSIDE?

Absolutely!  Although indoor spin bikes are the best option, you can do these same rides outside and adjust with your gears.  In the group I will share tips for following the class outside including safety tips when riding in the community, on the trails, and in all types of weather..

🚴  CAN I TAKE THIS CLASS FROM A BIKE, RECUMBENT BIKE, TREADMILL, OR ELLIPTICAL?   

Yes! You can sprint (pushing yourself to max effort for very short periods of time) from your bike or elliptical and reap many of the benefits without the high impact.

🚴 CAN I DO THIS SERIES IF I’M NOT A “CYCLIST”?   

Whatever definition of “cyclist” you have in your head, the answer to this question is always yes. These classes are designed, at a minimum to help you reach your cardio goals in a low impact setting. They are also about pushing out of our comfort zone so you can be comfortable on a bike anywhere. You may actually finish the series and call yourself a “cyclist”.

🚴 DO YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO GO SUPER FAST?    

No, you just need to push yourself to YOUR max effort. No matter our fitness level, we all have a max effort that will get us in our anaerobic zone. What that looks like will be different for everyone but the benefits that come with doing that will be the same.

🚴 WHAT IF I AM TRAINING FOR A RUNNING “RACE,” CAN I STILL DO THIS? 

Absolutely! I always preach cross training. I spent 90% of my half marathon cardio training on the bike, while only running 3-4 miles a week, max. A proper cycling regiment will allow your ability to hold a faster pace for a longer period of time without feeling fatigued.  Cross training on a bike has many benefits to your running performance. Plus, the low impact while on the bike should allow for you to recover more quickly.

🚴 WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE LIVE CLASSES?    

All the classes are available to watch on replay if you are unable to attend the live class. All the classes are saved in the Guides section in the Facebook group as well as pinned to the featured section of the group.

🚴 HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS OF THE CLASSES TO REPLAY?   

Classes remain available for replay in the group for an extra week after the 4th week of the series.

🚴 WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A FANCY, HIGH PRICED, INDOOR SPIN BIKE?

It’s not about the bike, it is about your effort that is what truly counts! Fancy, high priced equipment is not in everyone’s budget and these classes will be designed with that in mind to help you reach your success.
