My coaching philosophy is simple - consistency is key. Through a balanced cross training program, athletes can achieve goals that they never thought possible. I offer a laid back, tough love approach in which I push you to be uncomfortable in the training so you can be comfortable in competition. My goal is to provide the tools and motivation, you just need to provide the effort and belief that you can do difficult things.
